Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz is located in the middle of the archipelago, Puerto Ayora is the main town of this island and the archipelago, as it has the biggest population of all the islands, because of this, it has a big diversity of stores and provisions. Because of its location, here you can find most of dive and land tours.

Santa Cruz has no airport, its airport is located in Baltra Island, north of Santa Cruz.

San Cristóbal

San Cristobal is located in the east of the archipelago, being Puerto Baquerizo Moreno its main port. Every yacht coming with an Autógrafo must arrive first at this port, as this is the capital of the province. This island is famous because it has the best surfing places of the whole Galapagos. It has an airport where they receive flights from Guayaquil or Quito.

Baltra Island

Baltra Island has the ONLY fueling port in the Galapagos islands. Its airport is used to get to Santa Cruz from Guayaquil and Quito, and also used by yacht owners to arrive to the islands, as the port is 5 minutes away from the airport.

Isabela Island

Isabela island is the biggest island in the archipelago, yet its town is inhabited by approximately 3000 people. Having such a low population, the town is pretty limited, it would be difficult to get provisions or even cash, as there are no ATMs, yet its natural environment is stunningly beautiful. It has one small airport used for small airplanes for flights between islands.
